8:30 Senior Breakfast

9:30 Call-Time for Students

10:00 Rehearsal

12:30-1:00 Run-Through/Dismissal for Lunch/Load the Trailer

-Students will be able to stay in the band room if they do not have a ride.

-For those students, it is encouraged that they pack a lunch or order lunch through the band.

3:00 Call Time/Dress Out

3:30 Inspection

4:00 Load Buses (Everyone will Ride the Buses)

4:15 Depart for Lake Brantley High School

5:00 Arrival at Lake Brantley (Check-In and Restrooms)

5:30 Transition to Warm-Up Zone

6:05 Warm-Up

6:35 Leave Warm-Up/ Head to Holding Area

6:45 In Holding Area

6:50 Perform

7:10 Performance End/ Load Trailer

7:30 Dinner Break

8:00 In the stands to watch Seminole HS and Lake Brantley HS

8:45 Transition to Bus area

9:00 Load Buses and Depart for University HS

9:45 Unload and Dismissal

GENERAL INFORMATION at Lake Brantley

• General admission is $7 per person. Age 0-5 will be admitted free of charge.

• School administrators will be allowed free admission with school ID.

• All gate money collected goes to the FBA, which lowers assessment for ALL bands in our

district (middle and high school).

• Bands should sit on the visitor side of the stadium when watching other performances.

• Music Shack and Music & Arts will both have tables set up for on-site repairs as well as

any last-minute items (such as reeds or valve oil) that may be needed. They will be in the south end zone.

• Please encourage your students to visit our concession stand. Our parents have put a

lot of work into organizing and hosting this event! We appreciate your support!

• Air Grams for your students and parents to give shout outs! They will be $2 a piece and sold at the main gate.

• Ticket sales and concession sales will be cash only.
